Aunt Eddie'S Apple Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 to 8 apples, peeled and sliced thin
3/4 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. flour (if apples are very juicy, add extra flour)
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. allspice
1/2 c. cream
Preparation

Place apples in unbaked pie crust.
Mix sugar, flour and spices.
Add the cream and mix well.
Pour mixture over sliced apples.
Dot with butter.
Bake at 375\u00b0 until done (about 45 minutes).
