Banana Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. shortening
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
3 tsp. soda
3 c. flour
6 bananas
2 eggs

Preparation

Mash bananas and mix soda with them.
Cream shortening and sugar.
Add eggs and beat well.
Mix cinnamon with flour.
Add bananas to creamed mixture, then add flour; mix well.
Bake in tube pan at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 60 minutes.
Frost with caramel icing.
