Ham Barbecue - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. + 1 tsp. vegetable oil
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1 tsp. instant beef bouillon granules
    1 1/2 c. tomato sauce
    1 1/2 c. water
    1/4 c. vinegar
    2 Tbsp. mustard
    1 Tbsp. + 1 tsp. lemon juice
    dash of hot sauce
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar or sweetener to equal
Preparation
    Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat.
    Add onions and garlic.
    Saute until tender.
    Add remaining ingredients, except ham.
    Cook on low heat until mixture has thickened slightly.
    Stir in 16 ounces of cooked ham (sliced paper thin or shredded). Heat through.
