Frozen Fruit Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. gelatin
1/4 c. cold water
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. canned apricots, diced
1 c. canned pineapple, diced
1 c. canned peaches, diced
2 bananas
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. heavy cream, whipped
Preparation

Soak gelatin in cold water for 5 minutes; dissolve over boiling water.
Add lemon juice, sugar and all fruits.
Stir gently.
Chill until thickened.
Fold in mayonnaise and whipped cream.
Spoon into your favorite mold.
Cover with plastic wrap. Freeze.
