Sunday Beef Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 lb. beef cubes
    flour
    water
    salt, pepper, paprika, parsley flakes, thyme and garlic salt to taste
    carrots
    potatoes
    onions
Preparation
    Roll beef cubes in the flour and brown in kettle. Cover with the water and add the seasonings.
    Bring to a boil and simmer over low heat until tender.
    Add the carrots, potatoes, onions and more water, if needed, and cook over medium heat until vegetables are done (about 1 hour).
