4 c. Baker's flaked coconut
1/3 c. butter
2 (4 oz.) pkg. vanilla instant pudding and pie filling
1 1/4 c. milk
1/2 c. Bacardi rum
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
8 oz. thawed Cool Whip
1 ready made graham cracker crust
Preparation

Combine 2 2/3 cups coconut with butter.
Press evenly into 9-inch crust.
Bake at 300\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes, until brown. Cool.
