Fried Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. cornmeal
    1 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 c. boiling water
    1 egg
    1/2 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. melted butter
    1/2 c. flour
Preparation
    In medium bowl, mix cornmeal, sugar and salt. Slowly stir in boiling water. Cover and let set for 10 minutes. Add egg, milk, butter and flour. Cook on hot griddle like pancakes.
