New York Cheese Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. cottage cheese
    1 lb. cream cheese
    1/2 c. margarine or butter
    4 eggs, beaten
    3 Tbsp. flour
    3 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    1 pt. sour cream
Preparation
    Have all ingredients room temperature.
    Melt margarine and set aside to cool.
    Place both cheeses in large mixing bowl and beat at high speed.
    Gradually beat in sugar, eggs and vanilla.
    Mix flour and cornstarch; add to mixture.
    Add cooled margarine and sour cream.
    Pour into greased 9-inch spring-form pan.
    Bake 1 hour and 10 minutes at 325\u00b0.
    Cake should be light brown.
    Turn off oven.
    Let cake sit in oven 2 hours.
    Remove from oven and cool 2 hours.
    Refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
    Remove sides of pan and cover.
