Taco Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

chopped lettuce
1 can whole kidney beans
1/2 can crushed kidney beans
1/2 to 1 green pepper, chopped
3 big mushrooms, chopped
1 small onion, chopped
1/2 pkg. taco seasoning
1 jar taco sauce
1 c. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 bag corn chips
black olives, sliced (optional)
Preparation

Mix beans together and add 1/2 package taco seasoning.
Add jar of taco sauce and 1/2 cup of cheese.
Heat through for 10 minutes.
Saute pepper, onion and mushrooms.
Add to pan.
Add crushed corn chips.
Put over lettuce.
Add remaining cheese and add additional taco sauce (if desired).
