Bread Pudding With Vanilla Or Lemon Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 slices bread, cubed
    1 c. hot water
    1 c. packed brown sugar
    4 eggs, lightly beaten
    2 c. warm milk
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. vanilla and cinnamon
    1/8 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Place bread in greased 2-quart baking dish.
    Mix the hot water and brown sugar in a bowl.
    Pour over the bread.
    Combine the eggs, milk, sugar, vanilla, cinnamon and salt in a bowl and mix well.
    Pour over the top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes or until knife inserted comes out clean.
    Drizzle with vanilla or lemon sauce.
