Vinaigrette Salad Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. olive oil
    2 Tbsp. cider vinegar
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    salt and pepper
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
    2 Tbsp. chopped mixed herbs (parsley, chives, basil)
Preparation
    Place the oil, vinegar, lemon juice, garlic, mustard and herbs in a screw-top jar or small mixing bowl.
    Season with salt and pepper and shake or whisk together thoroughly.
    Makes about 1 cup. This dressing is good on Tossed Greek Salad.
