Creamy Lemon Cheesecake Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. plus 2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    1/2 c. powdered sugar
    3/4 c. butter or margarine
    1 1/2 c. (12 oz.) evaporated milk
    2 eggs
    2 (8 oz. each) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    5 Tbsp. lemon juice
    3/4 c. granulated sugar
    2 Tbsp. grated lemon zest
    1 to 2 drops yellow food coloring
    1 c. (8 oz.) carton sour cream
Preparation
    Crust:
    In medium bowl, combine flour and powdered sugar.
    Cut in butter until small crumbs form.
    Press lightly into bottom of a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.
    Bake in preheated oven at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 18 minutes or until lightly browned.
    Cool.
