Caramel Corn - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 sticks margarine
2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. corn syrup
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. vanilla
6 qt. popped corn
Preparation

Mix corn and syrup in large roaster.
Bake at 250\u00b0 for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
After removing from oven, toss corn with large spoon 5 to 10 minutes to prevent sticking together.
