Baked German Potato Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. diced bacon, fried crisp
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. chopped onion
3 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper
2/3 c. sugar
2/3 c. cider vinegar
1 1/2 c. water
1/3 c. chopped, fresh parsley
2 tsp. celery seed
2 qt. potatoes, boiled, peeled and slice 1/8 inch thick (red potatoes are ideal)
Preparation

Fry bacon until crisp; remove and add onion and celery.
Cook over medium heat 3 minutes.
Add flour, salt and pepper.
Cook 2 minutes.
Add sugar, vinegar and water; stir with a whisk.
Bring to a boil and cook 1 minute.
Add parsley, celery seed and bacon. Remove from heat.
Place potatoes in dish sprayed with vegetable spray.
Pour dressing over all, being careful not to break the potatoes.
Bake for 45 minutes at 350\u00b0 until bubbly.
