Peanut Butter Puffs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 egg whites
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/2 c. peanut butter
Preparation
    Beat egg whites with salt until soft peaks form.
    Adding sugar very gradually, beat until stiff peaks form.
    Beat peanut butter to soften; fold thoroughly into meringue.
    Drop from teaspoon 1 inch apart on greased cookie sheet.
    Bake in a slow oven at 325\u00b0 about 20 minutes or until lightly browned.
    Cool slightly; remove from pan.
    Makes 2 dozen.
