Fried Sweet Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 to 6 medium sized sweet potatoes
    brown sugar
    butter
Preparation
    Boil sweet potatoes until just cooked through.
    Drain.
    Cool. Peel skins off and cut into 1/2-inch thick circles.
    On a greased griddle, fry until lightly brown on both sides.
    Serve with brown sugar and butter if desired.
