Connie'S Pasta Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large box mostaccioli
    1 large onion
    2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    3 Tbsp. prepared mustard
    2 large cucumbers
    1/2 c. oil
    1 1/4 c. cider vinegar
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cook pasta; drain and cool.
    Mix remaining ingredients and coat pasta.
    Chill overnight.
    Toss before serving.
