Oriental Slaw - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 oz. pkg. chicken flavored Ramen noodles
6 c. shredded cabbage
4 scallions, chopped
1/2 c. toasted sunflower seeds, sliced
1/2 c. toasted almonds
1/2 c. vegetable oil
3 Tbsp. white vinegar
2 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper
Preparation
-
Remove and retain seasoning packet from noodles.
Crush noodles with rolling pin.
Combine noodles, cabbage, scallions, sunflower seeds, and almonds.
