Perfect Pie Shell - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. shortening
    3 Tbsp. ice cold water
Preparation
    Sift flour and salt together.
    Cut shortening into flour with pastry blender until it resembles coarse corn meal.
    Sprinkle water, 1 tablespoon at a time, over mixture.
    Work lightly with a fork until dough is formed.
    Roll thin.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for about 15 minutes, depending on oven.
