Cheese Log - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. American cheese (room temperature)
    2 lb. cream cheese, room temperature (four 8 oz. pkg.)
    1/4 tsp. garlic salt
    pinch of salt
    pinch of baking soda
    1 c. chopped nuts (pecans)
Preparation
    Mix with hands the cheese, garlic salt, baking soda and nuts. Mix well.
    Makes 6 to 8 logs.
