Broccoli Cheese Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tsp. onions
    2 tsp. melted butter
    3 tsp. flour
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 c. milk
    1 c. grated mild Cheddar cheese
    5 chicken bouillon cubes
    1 1/2 c. boiling water
    1 (10 oz.) box frozen broccoli
Preparation
    In a saucepan, cook onion in butter until tender.
    Blend in flour and pepper; add milk.
    Cook over medium heat until thickened.
    Add cheese.
    In another pan, dissolve bouillon cubes in boiling water.
    Add frozen broccoli; cook until tender.
    Add to cheese mixture; blend.
