Pierogi Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) pkg. wide noodles
3 medium onions
1 stick margarine
instant potatoes
1/4 lb. Velveeta cheese
Preparation

Cook noodles for 8 minutes.
Saute onions in margarine. Prepare enough instant potatoes to serve 6.
Melt Velveeta cheese. Mix melted cheese into potatoes and spread in bottom of greased pan.
Then layer with noodles and over that pour onion mixture. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 minutes in 9 x 13-inch greased pan.
