Cream Puffs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. water
    1/2 c. butter or margarine
    1 c. all-purpose flour
    4 eggs
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Heat water and butter to a rolling boil. Stir in flour.
    Stir vigorously over low heat for one minute. Remove form heat and beat in all 4 eggs at once.
    Continue beating until smooth.
    Mixture wil become very thick.
    Drop dough by scant 1/4 cupfuls or heaping tablespoonfuls 3 inches apart onto greased baking sheet.
    Bake 35 to 40 minutes or until puffs are golden. Cool away from draft.
    Makes 12 puffs.
    Fill with your favorite pudding.
