Vegetable Bake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. grated zucchini
1 c. cooked rice
1 chopped onion
1/2 stick margarine
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 c. canned milk or regular milk
1/2 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
1/2 lb. ground cooked beef (optional)
Preparation
-
Mix ingredients together and put in greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
Bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
Cut in half for family of four.
