West Texas Cornbread - cooking recipe

1 c. yellow corn meal
1 Tbsp. baking powder
1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
2 eggs
1/2 c. oil
1 c. sour cream
1 (8 oz.) can cream-style corn
1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies
Preparation

Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
Grease a Bundt pan.
Combine meal, baking powder and cheese.
In another bowl, mix eggs, oil, corn and sour cream.
Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients.
Spoon into pan.
Bake 40 to 50 minutes.
Test with toothpick.
Let stand on wire rack 10 minutes.
