Barbecued Short Ribs (Baked) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. short ribs
    1 large onion, chopped
    1/2 c. celery, sliced
    1/2 c. water
    1 c. catsup
    1/4 c. vinegar
    1 tsp. vegetable oil
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    2 tsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. prepared mustard
Preparation
    Brown ribs in 1 teaspoon vegetable oil in large skillet with onion.
    Combine rest of ingredients in covered casserole dish. Add meat and onion; cover and bake for 1 1/2 to 2 hours in a preheated 350\u00b0 oven.
