Banana Split Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. vanilla wafers, crushed
1 stick margarine
2 egg whites, beaten
1 stick soft margarine
2 c. powdered sugar
3 bananas
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
1 (9 oz.) Cool Whip
1 bag pecan chips
cherries (if desired)
Preparation

Mix together wafers and 1 stick margarine and spread in bottom of Pyrex dish to form crust.
Mix together egg whites, 1 stick margarine and powdered sugar.
Pour over crust.
Slice bananas longways and lay over filling.
Spread pineapple over bananas. Spread Cool Whip over pineapple.
Sprinkle pecan chips and cherries over Cool Whip.
Refrigerate.
