Crunchy Vegetable Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. fresh broccoli
    1 small head cauliflower
    2 carrots, sliced
    1 zucchini, sliced
    2 small onions, sliced
    2/3 c. mayo or salad dressing
    1/3 c. vegetable oil
    1/3 c. apple cider vinegar
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. salt
Preparation
    Cut broccoli into bite-size pieces.
    Separate cauliflower into bite-size flowerets.
    Combine vegetables in a large bowl.
    Combine remaining ingredients; stir well.
    Add mayo or salad dressing, tossing to coat vegetables.
    Chill several hours before serving. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
