Orange Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 c. flaked coconut
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
2 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
2 c. shredded raw carrots
1 1/4 c. Wesson oil
2 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. grated orange rind
11 oz. can mandarin oranges, undrained
3 eggs
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Grease a 13 x 9-inch pan.
In a large bowl, blend all ingredients.
Beat 2 minutes at highest speed. Pour into greased pan. Bake 45 to 55 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
