Garlic Broiled Fish Fillets - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sole, flounder or cod
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    2 Tbsp. lemon or lime juice
    1 Tbsp. soft salt free margarine
    4 Tbsp. minced fresh parsley (optional)
Preparation
    Combine garlic, juice and margarine.
    Spread mixture over fish.
    Broil 3 to 4 inches from heat until fish flakes (5 to 8 minutes), depending on thickness of fish.
    Sprinkle with fresh parsley if desired.
    Serves 4.
