Pineapple Upside-Down Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 Tbsp. oleo, melted
1 c. brown sugar
1 can sliced pineapple, drained
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. pineapple juice
3 egg yolks
1 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
3 egg whites, beaten
Preparation

Arrange the oleo, brown sugar and pineapple in a large, round baking dish.
In a bowl, mix the sugar, pineapple juice, egg yolks, flour, baking powder and salt.
Fold in the beaten egg whites.
Pour on top of pineapple.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
