Shrimp And Eggplant Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    1/2 c. chopped bell pepper
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/4 c. oleo
    1 lb. shrimp, cut up
    7 slices toasted bread
    1 c. water
    2 eggs, beaten
    2 medium eggplants, cubed, parboiled and drained
    salt and pepper to taste
    bread crumbs
Preparation
    First, saute onions, bell pepper and celery in oleo.
    Add shrimp and cook a few minutes.
