Calypso Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. chicken, rolled in flour
1 medium onion
1 small can mushrooms
dash of garlic
1 c. boiling water
1 qt. tomatoes, chopped up
1 tsp. curry powder
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. thyme
1/4 tsp. red pepper
Preparation

Brown coated chicken in grease.
Remove chicken after browned and set aside.
In same pan, saute onion, mushrooms and dash of garlic.
Add boiling water, tomatoes, curry powder, pepper, salt, thyme and red pepper.
Add chicken back into pan.
Simmer chicken in mixture until about done, then spoon in Bisquick over chicken to make small biscuits.
Cover for 12 minutes.
Sprinkle with parsley and paprika.
