Curry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. onion, chopped
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    4 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 c. flour
    1 qt. tomato juice
    1 1/2 tsp. curry powder
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 to 4 c. diced turkey or chicken
    2 to 4 c. cooked rice
Preparation
    Simmer onion and celery in butter until tender.
    Add flour, curry powder and salt.
    Blend well and add tomato juice, cook over medium heat.
    Stir constantly until mix comes to a boil.
    Add turkey and let come to a boil again.
    Reduce heat to a simmer for about 30 minutes.
    Serve over rice.
