Texas Sheet Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 c. water
2 sticks oleo
3 Tbsp. cocoa
2 beaten eggs
1/2 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation

Sift flour, sugar and salt together.
Melt oleo separately and add water and cocoa.
Bring to a boil.
Pour over flour mixture. Mix well.
Add beaten eggs, buttermilk, baking soda and vanilla. Mix and pour into greased jelly roll pan.
Bake 25 to 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
