Cabbage Noodles - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 medium sized head cabbage
4 Tbsp. butter or lard
1 lb. wide noodles
onions
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. black pepper
Preparation

Trim and shred cabbage.
Place in bowl and salt and pepper. Toss to distribute evenly.
Leave it rest for 1 hour.
Squeeze to remove liquid.
Melt butter in pan and saute onions until light brown.
Add cabbage.
Cover and simmer for about 20 minutes or until tender.
Take care not to let it burn.
