Italian Style Pasta Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 oz. spaghetti or vermicelli
    1 (6 oz.) jar marinated artichoke hearts, drained
    1/2 c. sliced zucchini
    1/2 c. shredded carrot
    2 oz. sliced salami, cut into strips
    1 c. (1/4 lb.) shredded Mozzarella cheese
    2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
    1/2 c. Italian salad dressing
    1/4 tsp. dried oregano, crushed
    1/4 tsp. dried basil, crushed
    1/4 tsp. dry mustard
    1 clove garlic, minced
Preparation
    Break spaghetti in half.
    Cook spaghetti according to package directions; drain.
    Set aside.
    Coarsely chop artichoke hearts. Halve zucchini slices.
    In large bowl, combine spaghetti, artichokes, zucchini, carrot, salami and cheeses.
    In jar with tight fitting lid, combine dressing, oregano, basil, mustard and garlic; shake well.
    Pour dressing over spaghetti mixture.
    Toss to coat evenly.
    Cover and chill several hours before serving. Makes 8 to 10 side dish servings or 4 to 5 main dish servings.
