Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. butter or oleo
    3 c. sugar
    3 c. cake flour
    6 eggs
    pinch of salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 pt. heavy cream
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Start in cold oven.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 hours.
    Bake in greased and floured Bundt pan.
    Freezes well.
