Buttermilk Fudge Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. buttermilk
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. oil
    2 1/2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. cocoa
    1 c. hot water
Preparation
    Combine sugar, oil and eggs in large bowl; beat at medium speed.
    Combine dry ingredients and add alternately with buttermilk.
    Add vanilla.
    Blend in hot water last.
    Put in 3 greased and floured cake pans.
    Bake in oven at 350\u00b0 until they test done.
