Hot Mexican Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. white flour
    1 1/2 c. yellow corn meal
    2 T. baking powder
    1/3 c. sugar
    1 t. salt
    2 whole eggs
    3 jalapeno peppers, medium
    1 c. onions, chopped
    1/2 c. each, bell pepper and celery
    1 c. Longhorn cheese, grated
    1 c. cream style corn
    1/3 c. cooking oil
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1 lb. ground beef
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
    Brown the ground beef.
    Set aside to cool.
    Sift all dry ingredients into a large bowl.
    Add liquids and mix well together, then add cooked ground beef.
    Bake in a well greased 9 X 13 inch pan for 25 minutes.
