Picante Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. peeled, chopped tomatoes
    1 c. chopped onions
    1 clove garlic, minced
    2 to 3 Tbsp. finely chopped jalapeno peppers
    1 Tbsp. chopped canned or fresh green chili peppers
    1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
    3 tsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. ground cumin
    1/2 tsp. ground coriander
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in a large saucepan.
    Bring to a boil over medium heat; reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, about 25 minutes, stirring once or twice.
    Ladle into 2 pint jars.
    Seal and water bath for 10 minutes or keep in refrigerator.
