Bertha Myrtle Brooks Austin'S Favorite Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. baking soda
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
    4 eggs
    3 c. grated carrots
Preparation
    Sift dry ingredients and set aside.
    Add oil, eggs and carrots.
    Mix well.
    Bake in 3 (8-inch) layers at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
    Make sure pans are greased and floured.
    Can be baked in a 13 x 9-inch pan at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes or until firm in the center.
