Jalapeno Corn Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 navel oranges
    7 oz. box corn muffin mix
    2 to 4 oz. canned chopped jalapeno chillies
    butter
Preparation
    Cut off top 1/4 of oranges.
    With serrated grapefruit knife, free the whole orange from its rind.
    Be careful not to pierce skin.
    Reserve oranges for grilling.
