Parm-A-Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1/4 c. self-rising flour
1 (2 to 3 lb.) fryer, cut up
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 tsp. paprika
dash of pepper
1 Tbsp. milk
1/4 c. margarine, melted
Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Combine cheese, flour, paprika and pepper. Dip chicken in egg and milk.
Combine flour, cheese and coat chicken.
Place in greased pan and pour melted margarine over chicken.
Bake for 50 to 60 minutes or until done.
