Russian Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 large potatoes, cooked and diced
1 (6 1/2 oz.) can crab
1 (6 1/2 oz.) can white tuna
2 (6 1/2 oz.) cans small shrimp
6 boiled eggs, chopped
1 (2 oz.) jar pimiento, chopped
12 black olives, chopped
1 (16 oz.) can peas and carrots, drained
1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
salt and pepper
oil
vinegar
lemon juice
mayonnaise
Preparation

Mix the first 9 ingredients together. Add the remaining ingredients to taste. Serve on a bed of lettuce.
