Spinach Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. grated Swiss cheese
1 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped spinach, thawed and drained
1 (9-inch) partially cooled pie shell
3 eggs
1 1/4 c. half and half
1 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation

Spread 3/4 of cheese and spinach on the bottom of pie shell. Beat the cream, eggs and salt together until frothy.
Pour over cheese and spinach.
Sprinkle with remaining cheese and dot with butter.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes or until pie is set. Serves 6.
