Buttercream Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. powdered sugar
    5 eggs, beaten
    1 lb. unsalted butter (soft)
Preparation
    Combine sugar and eggs.
    Cook over low heat and beat until lukewarm.
    Remove from heat.
    Add butter.
    Mix (high speed) until fluffy.
    Refrigerate several hours before using.
    Yields 1 quart.
