Salmon Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) can salmon, flaked
    1/2 c. salmon liquid
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 c. fine dry bread crumbs
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    1/2 c. onion, chopped
    1/2 c. celery, chopped
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Drain salmon, reserving the 1/2 cup liquid.
    Mix all ingredients in a loaf pan.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour.
