Fluffy White Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/4 c. cold water
    2 egg whites
    1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
    pinch of salt
    2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Combine sugar, water, egg whites, cream of tartar and salt in top of large double boiler set over simmering (not boiling) water on low heat.
    Beat with electric hand mixer 5 to 7 minutes or until frosting stands in peaks.
    Remove and continue beating until frosting is smooth and fluffy.
    Beat in vanilla.
