Pizza Dough For Stromboli - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 c. unbleached flour
2 pkg. active dry yeast
2 c. warm water
1 tsp. salt
olive oil
pizza fillings of your choice
Preparation

In large mixing bowl, mound flour and make a well in the middle.
Pour yeast in that well.
Add just a little water to that yeast and start stirring.
As it gathers flour and a paste starts to form, add more water.
Do this until all water is used up. Knead dough about 15 minutes.
Place a teaspoon of oil in bowl and coat dough with it.
Cover well with plastic wrap.
Place in warm place and let rise until double in size.
Punch down.
Roll into 8-inch circles.
Put in filling.
Fold in half and seal.
Brush top of stromboli with oil.
On lightly oiled cookie sheets, bake in preheated 450\u00b0 oven for 25 minutes or until edges are lightly browned.
